RTG Announces Dismissal of Chairman of Pediatrics on Summary Judgement

A Monmouth County Court recently granted a summary judgment dismissal on the basis of lack of Duty. RTG Partner John M. Hockin, Jr. Esquire successfully represented a Chairman of Pediatrics client in this case where the Plaintiff claimed that the Chairman of the Department was responsible for supervising and monitoring a Board Certified Pediatrician.
