John M. Hockin, Jr. presented “‘Acting’ Like a Trial Attorney” at the Hot Tips for Civil Litigators: 2017 seminar presented by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. The program, which was approved for 4.2 credits, was advertised as “a  fast-paced program packed with a discussion of strategies civil trial attorneys are implementing in their practices. Some of the state’s most authoritative civil litigators, along with a Presiding Civil Division Judge, have joined together and will share with you the things that they have learned over the years and have made part of their arsenals.” The seminar occurred on September 16, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. at the New Jersey Law Center.
