Congratulations to Michael B. Kelly on his “No Cause” at trial. The case was litigated over two days before the Honorable Robert E. Brenner, J.S.C. Liability was stipulated. Plaintiff, who was in his late 50s, contended that he sustained a a cervical herniation, a cervical bulge and a lumbar herniation. The defense contended that the injuries were not caused by the minor impact and the herniations and bulges were degenerative. A jury found 6-0 in favor of the defendant.
