Congratulations to Michael B. Kelly!

Congratulations to Michael B. Kelly on a “No Cause at Trial” in the Superior Court, Ocean County. The case, which was tried over a period of two days, involved an automobile accident. Liability was contested as defendant argued that defendant had the right of way and plaintiff negligently turned left in front of him. As a result of the accident, plaintiff suffered a nose fracture which he alleged permanently deformed his nose. The jury returned a verdict finding no negligence against the defendant.
