Congratulations to John M. Hockin, Jr. on his 6-0 “No Cause” at trial. The case was litigated over three days before the Honorable Robert C. Wilson, J.S.C. The case involved a passenger, who alleged that he suffered a fractured ankle with arthritis, after a bus driver dropped him off at an unauthorized bus stop covered in ice. Defendant contested liability and the permanency of the damages. The jury returned a verdict 6-0 in favor of defendant.
