Congratulations to John M. Hockin, Jr. on “No Cause” at Trial
John M. Hockin, Jr., Esq. successfully defended a hospital at trial in the Ocean County Superior Court. Plaintiff alleged that she tripped and fell on hospital property resulting in an injury to her wrist. Mr. Hockin was successful in establishing that plaintiff failed to submit proofs that the alleged condition was dangerous. Further, Mr. Hockin successfully argued that plaintiff failed to establish that defendant knew or reasonably should have known of the dangerous condition on the premise.
