Congratulations to Michael Kelly on a “No Cause at Trial” in the Superior Court, Ocean County. The case, which was tried before the Honorable James Den Uyl, involved an allegation that defendant struck a pedestrian crossing the road. Defendant argued that due to the actions of plaintiff, defendant could not have avoided the accident. Jury returned a 7-0 no cause verdict in favor of the defendant on liability.
