Congratulations Michael B. Kelly!

Congratulations to Michael B. Kelly on a “No Cause at Trial” in the Superior Court, Ocean County. The case, which was tried over a period of three days, involved an automobile accident. Summary judgment was granted in favor of plaintiff on liability. Plaintiff alleged that she suffered a concussion and had post-concussion syndrome with permanent cognitive injuries including sensitivity to light, balance issues and delayed processing. Defense argued that there was no objective proof of any permanent injury. Jury returned a no cause verdict in favor of the defendant finding that plaintiff did not suffer a permanent injury.
