Michael K. Tuzzio

Mr. Tuzzio is a Senior and Founding Partner of Ronan, Tuzzio & Giannone. He has tried more than 100 cases to verdict. He has specialty in defense of catastrophic transportation, general liability, professional malpractice, product liability and insurance coverage matters. Mr. Tuzzio has successfully argued before the New Jersey Supreme Court and the Appellate Division, resulting in numerous reported opinions.

Mr. Tuzzio also has substantial expertise as a Mediator, both Court-appointed and by private retention by attorneys. During the course of his career, Mr. Tuzzio has garnered many honors and accolades including the following:

• Earned an “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell
• Named a Trustee of the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey
• Elected to the American Board of Trial Advocacy
• Lectured to the bar, law schools and defense industry on a variety of topics
• Admitted to the New Jersey State Bar, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and Third Circuit Court of Appeals

• Graduated from Rutgers College with Honors in 1980, earning the James Suydam Award for Best Essay by a Rutgers College Senior
• Proceeded on full academic scholarship to Seton Hall University School of Law from which he graduated in 1983
