Congratulations to Michael B. Kelly on a “No Cause at Trial” in the Superior Court, Ocean County. The case, which was tried over a period of three days, involved an automobile accident. Defendant stipulated to liability. Plaintiff proceeded on theory of new injuries to the lumbar and thoracic spine as well as aggravation of pre-existing injuries. Defense argued no new permanent injury and no permanent aggravation. Jury returned a no cause verdict of 7-0 in favor of the defendant finding no new permanent injury and no permanent aggravation.
