Congratulations to James M. Ronan, Jr.!

Congratulations to James M. Ronan, Jr. for obtaining a “No Cause at Trial” for his client, a Board Certified Anesthesiologist, after a three week trial in Monmouth County! Plaintiff claimed that the defendant doctor deviated from accepted medical standards during a surgery to repair an Achilles tendon rupture. The defense argued that there were no deviations from accepted standards of care and that the injuries were not causally related to any actions or inactions of the doctor. The jury returned a verdict 8-0 in favor of the defendant doctor.
